the breakfast provided a good selection.
the air conditioning in the room was not powerful enough, it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the front desk staff stated it was a sensor-based system, this meant it did not cool the room to the desired level. there was also noticeable noise coming from nearby establishments late at night.

Marc at reception. He is a true asset. I also enjoyed the daytime activities like yoga. The staff is superb. I recommend this hotel to couples seeking a relaxing holiday.
The air conditioning was not very strong. The front desk said it was due to the sensor system.

The staff were very well trained. Customer relations were good. Beatriz, the manager, should be commended for her staff training.
I found the location problematic. The resort reminded me of a German version of Magaluf. Loud sports bars, the smell of drugs, and persistent hawkers were off-putting.
